Learning ⇲

I aim to understand stakeholders' initial vision and motives for creating their product, along with researching their industry and emerging trends.

Defining ⇲

I'll pinpoint the problem by synthesizing the initial vision, establish a clear problem statement, identify users, and use this to guide design creation.

Listening ⇲

I conduct user testing, gathering critiques to enhance my design. Feedback broadens my design insights.

Delivering ⇲

Local Gem a Customer Loyalty App

I was prompted to design a mobile customer loyalty app to support local establishments. I needed to conceptualize a way to encourage users to physically visit neighborhood stores and empower the community. This case study was part of my journey in completing my Google UX Certification. The project was focusing on the Design Thinking Model and followed one of Google's philosophy “Focus on the user and all else will follow.”

 
 

Give Memento Expanding into Desktop

I've worked with a design team that consisted of three members to complete Memento's main project request. The project was primarily focused on the translation of the live mobile screens into a desktop application that aligned with the current brand and user experience. In addition to high fidelity desktop screens, a clickable prototype and design system was delivered to aid in future initiatives.

Above & Bee-yond Event App

I was prompted to create a visual design for a mobile responsive platform that reimagines how people can search and find activities that reflect their interests. Also, focusing on a niche community that would benefit in using this mobile platform. Conducted competitive analysis research and brand development to produce high-fidelity designs.
